Verify Recent Usage
Ensure that someone has slept in the bed within the last 24 hours. The sensor may show "Unknown" if it hasn't detected any activity. -
Check Sensor Placement
- Confirm that the bed sensor is securely plugged in.
- Ensure the sensor is correctly positioned under the mattress. Incorrect placement can prevent the sensor from working properly.

Recalibrate the Sensor
If the sensor still isn’t providing data or shows incorrect data, recalibrate it by following these steps:- Unplug the sensor from the power source.
- Wait for 60 seconds.
- Plug the sensor back in.
- Do not sit or lie on the bed for the next 10 minutes while the sensor recalibrates.
