What does the “Recent Decrease in Steps Taken” trend mean?

The 'Recent decrease in steps taken' trend is sent when there is a reduction in the number of steps the individual takes (between 7am and 9pm). 

How it Works 

Using the wearable, MySense monitors the "Number of Steps" in a particular day and compares it with the previous 7-day average.
