What does the "Recent Change in Time in Bed" trend mean?

The "Recent Change in Time in Bed" event is sent when there is a significant variation in the total time spent in bed in the last 24hours compared to the previous 7 day period average, which could reflect changes in bed duration or rest habits. 

How it works

MySense captures the time in bed metric for the selected day and compares it with the previous 7-day average. 

How to View Bed Activity in the App

To view bed activity in the MySense app, navigate to Events on the side menu and scroll down to the Bed Activity chart.
