What does the "Recent Change in Toilet Activity” trend mean?

The "Recent Change in Toilet Activity" trend is sent when there is a noticeable variation in the frequency of toilet use.   

How it works

MySense monitors the frequency of toilet use for a selected period of 24 hours (between 7am and 7am) and compares it with the previous 7-day average. 

How to View Toileting Frequency in the App

To view toileting frequency in the MySense app, navigate to Insights on the bottom menu and select Personal Care. 

On this page you can view: 

• Todays bathroom activity
• Average toilet activity from the past 28 days,
• A breakdown of toileting frequency in the daytime and nighttime.  

You can also view the Diary on the bottom menu on the app to see how many times the toilet was used in the previous 14 days diary count.
