What does "Recent change in indoor temperature" mean?

The "Recent change in indoor temperature" trends notification is sent if there is a significant increase or decrease in indoor temperature. Indoor temperature is taken from the chair sensor. 

Select the trends notification to see the difference in the last 24 hours compared to the previous 7 days.
