What does the “Recent Increase in Daytime Naps” trend mean?

The "Recent Increase in Daytime Naps" trend is sent when there is a noticeable rise in the duration of daytime naps (captured by the bed sensor between 7am-9pm). 

How it works

MySense captures the "Duration of Daytime Naps" metric for the selected day and compares it with the previous 7-day average. 

How to View Bed Activity in the App

To view bed activity in the MySense app, navigate to Events on the side menu and scroll down to the Bed Activity chart.
