What does "Recent change in bedtime interruptions” mean?

The “Recent change in bedtime interruptions" event notification is sent when there is a significant increase or decrease in the frequency of waking up or disturbances during bedtime. This information is provided by the bed sensor. 

To access bed data in the MySense app, navigate to the "Events" page from the top left hand side menu (3 horizontal lines) and scroll down the page to the bed activity graph.
