MySense notifications let you know when a new event or trend has been detected. You can choose how you receive these notifications and customise which events or trends you would like to be notified about.
To change the settings of the notifications you receive:
- In the MySense app, select your initials in the top right hand corner.
- Select Notifications Settings.
- In Method, you can choose whether you want to receive notifications by App or SMS notifications.
- In Advanced, you can toggle on or off the events or trends you want to receive notifications for.
Please note: Only the individual with MySense installed and/or their Next of Kin will be able to edit these settings.
