How to change my password

If you have forgotten your password or just want to update it you have two options.

If you are already logged into your account:

- Tap the hamburger menu (3 horizontal lines) on the top left of the screen. 

- Go into "My Settings"

- Tap "Password"

- The screen displays 3 boxes: enter your current password in the top one, your new password in the middle one and re-enter your new password in the bottom one

- Click the "Update password" button to validate the change.

If you are logged out from your account:

- Open the app and click “Forgot my password”

- Enter the email address or phone number you used when you created your account

- Click the “Send instructions” button and, depending on whether you log in with your email address or phone number, you will receive an email or text message

- Enter the code you received by email or text message into the appropriate space in the app or directly click the “Reset password” button under the code.
