How to check the status of the devices

To check if the sensors and home-hub are online, follow the steps below:

1. Open the MySense app and log in.

2. Tap on the three horizontal lines located at the top left corner of the screen.

3. Select Devices.

On this page, each device will show display whether it is online, offline (greyed out) or unknown (only for the bed sensor). 

Each device card will also display the device connectivity (3 bars is high connectivity and 1 is low), and a battery indicator on battery operated devices. A green battery indicates the battery level is high, orange indicates the batteries need to be changed soon and red indicated the batteries need to be changed as soon as possible. 

By tapping on the device, you can also see what date and time the device was last connected to the home-hub.
