At MySense, we prioritise your well-being by closely monitoring changes in your daily routine and activity levels. These changes, referred to as MySense events, are significant deviations detected over time.
When MySense observes disparities in your routine, activity levels, or notices something outside of your 'normal' based on your historical data, notifications are promptly sent to you (if you wish) and your designated Circle.
What Constitutes a MySense Event?
MySense events encompass a range of alterations, including changes in routine, activity levels, or the status of the sensors and home-hub. These events serve as valuable indicators, allowing the individual and their circle members to stay informed about their health and well-being.
There are two types of events:
One Time: These are not specific to an individuals activity and are triggered based on predefined rules and conditions. They provide notifications shortly after certain thresholds are crossed, ensuring timely intervention.
Device Events: These notifications relate to the status of the devices themselves, such as when they are online/offline or when their battery is low/charged. This helps efficient maintenance and upkeep of the monitoring system.
Accessing MySense Events:
You can view MySense events directly within the MySense app (in the Events section inside the top left menu).
Notifications about events are conveniently displayed, offering you a quick overview of detected changes. Follow this help article to change your notification settings.
