The wearable is mainly used to check heart-rate and provide information about activity levels. It also functions as a watch. It needs to be worn at all times, except when it is charging or bathing.
Key Functions:
Heart Rate Monitoring: Keep track of heart rate for a holistic understanding of health.
Time and Date Display: Convenient and regular watch.
Navigating the Wearable:
Home Screen: Tap the square power button on the screen to switch between time, date, heart rate, and movement functions.
Turning On the Screen: If the home screen is not activating, long-press the square power button for around 4 or 5 seconds.
Battery Information:
Charging Frequency: The wearable needs to be charged approximately 2-3 times every week. It takes approximately 1 hour to charge the wearable. We recommend the wearable is charged when the individual is bathing or in the shower.
Battery Indicator: The white battery indication on the screen shows the battery's remaining capacity. Check the battery level in the app by navigating to "Devices" (found on the left hand side menu by selecting the 3 horizontal lines).
Setting Up the Wearable:
Before using the wearable for the first time, it will need to be charged for at least an hour.
Charging Your Wearable:
Remove the Wearable by undoing the buckle and take it off the wrist. Hold the Wearable face and wiggle the strap at the bottom of the screen until it comes off. This will expose the charging connector which looks like a gold strip.
Insert the charging connector into the USB charging cable
Plug the strap into the USB charger plug for efficient charging
A blue battery symbol will appear when the Wearable is charging. If no battery symbol appears, remove and re-insert the charging connector the opposite way round.
Once fully charged, replace the strap and place it back on wrist
How to Wear:
The wearable should be worn one inch above the wrist bone.
Adjust the Wearable to be snug but not too tight, just tight enough to be in contact with the skin.
It should fit comfortably without restricting movement.
Data Storage and Transmission:
Data Storage: The wearable stores data for up to three days, ensuring that information is securely captured even when the individual is on the go.
Data Transmission: Once the individual has returned home, the stored data is sent securely to the MySense home-hub.
