It's important to note that MySense sensors are not waterproof. If a sensor comes into contact with water or gets wet, it may stop working and will likely need to be replaced.
If you find that one of your sensors has been exposed to moisture or water and is no longer functioning, please follow these steps:
1. Disconnect the Sensor: Remove the wet sensor from its current location and disconnect it from the system.
2. Contact Support: To address the issue and arrange for a replacement, please email our support team at support@mysense.ai. Be sure to include details about the affected sensor and the circumstances surrounding its exposure to moisture or water. Our support team will assist you in replacing the sensor and getting your MySense system back in optimal working condition.
The wearable is waterproof for showering and bathing but we do not recommend swimming with the wearable. Although it can be worn in the bath or shower, we recommend charging the wearable during these times.
