What does the “Potential Fall Detected” event mean?

The "Potential Fall Detected" event is sent if the wearable has detected a potential fall. 

Falls are only detected through our fall detection wearable and can only be detected when the wearable is being worn. 

The alarm receiving centre will speak to your loved one directly through the wearable to fully understand the situation and determine the appropriate response. This might mean calling the Next of Kin, the emergency services or just giving a bit of advice.
