What does “No household activity detected” mean?

"No household activity detected" is an event notification sent when there is a lack of sensor activity for a span of three hours between the hours of 7am - 9pm while the individual is presumed to be at home. 

This alert is generated based on a combination of two factors: the absence of sensor activations around the household and no signal received from the wearable device for a duration exceeding three hours.
