How soon after activity has been detected by a sensor can I see data in the app?

When a sensor is triggered, you can expect the data to appear in your dashboard or app within specific timeframes:

1. Vibration, Door, or Kettle Sensors: when these sensors are triggered, you can usually expect to see the data on the dashboard or in the app within approximately 10 to 15 minutes. We aim for a rapid response to ensure you have access to timely information.

2. Bed Sensor: this sensor is designed to trigger data after a specific period of detecting pressure. This delay is intentional, ensuring that it doesn't record movements such as items being placed on the bed. As a result, you may not see data immediately, but it typically appears within 30 minutes after someone gets into bed, allowing for accurate bed pattern analysis.

3. Wearable: this device stores data internally and then uploads it to the home-hub when in closer proximity to it. The data may take a little longer to appear compared to other sensors.
