What does “Recent increase in daytime naps” mean?

The "Recent Increase in Daytime Naps" event is triggered when there is a noticeable rise in the duration of daytime naps (captured by the bed sensor between 7am-9pm). 

MySense captures the "Duration of Daytime Naps" metric for the selected day and compares it with the previous 7-day average. 

To check bedtime activity, navigate to 'Insights' at the bottom of the app then select 'Bedtime Insights'.
