How to filter and change the view

You can change the viewed time scale for the presented data on different pages of the dashboard.


"Overview" page:

  • On the “Overview” page (homepage of the dashboard), you can view an average of your data for the last 3 days, 7 days and 28 days.

  • On the top right of the page the view is defaulted on 28 day average. Click the arrow next to “28 day average” to discover the drop-down menu presenting the different view options. 

  • Select the view you want: 3-day average, 7-day average or 28 day average


"Insights" page:

  • From your “Overview” click “Insights” in the top right menu bar

  • On the top right of the “Insights” page, click the arrow of the drop-down menu defaulted on “Last 7 days

  • Select the view you want: "Today", "Last 3 days" or "Last 7 days"



"Wellbeing" page:

  • The "Wellbeing" page will show various insights and averaged date comparisons

  • Each chart or graph will denote the time period it covers, and over what period any averages are created over

  • For the "Diary" chart, you can click through previous days/dates to see the summarised data for each day



"Visualise" page:

  • From your “Overview” click “Visualise” in the top right menu bar

  • On the top right of the “Visualise ” page, select the view you want: "1D" (1 day), "3D" (3 days) or "1W" (1 week). 

  • You can also select a specific day from the calendar by clicking the calendar icon on the right of the "1D", "3D" or "1W" options.
