Access to MySense data is available to individuals with MySense installed in their homes, to their Next of Kin, or to those designated as their Circle Members (once invited by the individual to view the data).
If you are the primary user, you would have already downloaded the MySense app, signed in, and had the sensors installed in your home. Alternatively, as a Next of Kin or Circle Member, you would have accepted an invitation, downloaded the MySense app, and signed in to access the data. Upon signing in, you'll land on the Overview page which displays "information cards" summarising key metrics like Activity Score, Time in Bed, Average Heart Rate Range, and Indoor Temperature.
For a more event-driven view, head to the Events section accessible from the menu on the top left. Here, you can browse through recent or historical event notifications highlighting any notable changes in activity as detected by MySense. For a deeper dive into the data, navigate to the Visualise section where core MySense data is depicted graphically.
This includes:
- Timestamps of sensor activations
- A heart rate graph.
- A sleep graph showcasing times you were in and out of bed along with the total time spent in bed.
You have the flexibility to filter this data by time range (1 day, 3 days, or 1 week) or choose a specific date to tailor the visualisation to your preferences. This way, you can interact with the data in a manner that provides the insights you need, either as the primary user or as an invited member keen on monitoring the wellbeing of the individual.
