What is “Individual entered the property”?

There are two "Individual entered the property" events: An event notification when the individual enters their home and another when they enter their home during nighttime hours. This event notification will be sent when the front door sensor has been activated more than 50 minutes after the individual left home and no in-home activity was detected by the other sensors.
