What is the “Recent change in heart rate” event?

The "recent change in heart rate" event notification is sent when there is a notable increase or decrease in the individual's heart rate. This notification serves as an alert to provide timely insights into potential changes in the individual's wellbeing status. 

To access heart rate data, navigate to the "Events" page from the top left hand side menu (3 horizontal lines). Scroll down the page to the heart rate graph.
