To check if your sensors and home-hub are online, follow the steps below:
1 - Open the MySense app and log in.
2 - Tap on the hamburger menu icon (three horizontal lines) located at the top left corner of the screen.
3 - Navigate to the "Devices" page. On this page, each device, including sensors and the home-hub, will have a coloured (green, yellow or red) rectangle on their right if they are online. A grey rectangle indicates they are offline, necessitating further investigation to resolve the issue.
Please note: - Devices plugged directly into a power socket will display either "online" or "offline" based on their connectivity status. - Devices operating on AAA batteries will show either "offline" or the remaining battery percentage.
