The filtering and change dates functionalities allow you to adjust your viewing preferences in the app, and are available on the following pages:
1. Diary: This section allows you to analyze daily habits and indentify activities influencing wellbeing. To access this page, select the "Diary" option located at the bottom right of the app. Here, you can tap on specific days for insights, up to a history of the previous 14 days.
2. Visualise: This segment offers a detailed breakdown of sensor data across three main categories (Activity, Heart Rate and Sleep). To navigate to the "Visualise" page, tap the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) at the top left corner of the screen, then choose "Visualise". Once there, tap "Filters" at the top right (you may need to scroll up). Here, you can choose a specific time range for viewing, with options for a 1-day, 3-day, or 1-week retrospective view starting from a selected day. After making your selection, confirm by pressing the "Submit" button.
These filtering and view-changing features enhance your ability to understand and monitor wellbeing trends more effectively.
