The Wearable is mainly used to check your heart-rate and provide information about your activity levels. It also functions as a watch. It needs to be worn at all times, except when you are bathing.

Heart Rate Monitoring: Keep track of your heart rate for a holistic understanding of your health.
Time and Date Display: Use your wearable as a convenient and regular watch.
Navigating Your Wearable:
Home Screen: Tap the square power button on the screen to switch between time, date, heart rate, and movement functions.
Turning On the Screen: If the home screen is not activating, long-press the square power button for around 4 or 5 seconds.
Battery Information:
Charging Frequency: Charge your wearable approximately 2-3 times every week. It takes approximately 1 hour to charge the wearable.
Battery Indicator: The white battery indication on the screen shows the battery's remaining capacity.
Charging Your Wearable:
Removing the Strap: Detach the buckle end of the strap from the watch head.
Connecting to Charger: Plug the strap into the USB charger plug for efficient charging.

Data Storage and Transmission:
Data Storage: Your wearable stores data for up to three days, ensuring that your information is securely captured even when you're on the go.
Data Transmission: Once you return home, the stored data is sent securely to the MySense home-hub.
