What is “No household activity detected”?

You will be notified that there is “No household activity detected” when none of the sensors has detected activity for 3 hours whilst the user is believed to be at home.


We recommend that you check in with your loved one as soon as possible. 


If there is no response, please consider an immediate welfare check response and/or a call to emergency services.
