My sensor has new batteries, why won’t it connect?

When you have changed the batteries in a sensor you can check it now has power by pressing in the circle logo on the front of the sensor (this is the case for tap, chair, toilet, front door, bathroom door and fridge door sensors). Pressing this button in should trigger a red light to flash, confirming it has power and the batteries are installed correctly.


If the sensor does have power but is still showing as offline, it may need to be repaired
