MySense takes in data from all the sensors via the home hub and sends it securely to our secure, cloud-based data processing service. From here the data goes through a number of different data processing steps to prepare the data for analysis and serving to our users.
As the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) states you are entitled to the right to erasure. You can make the request verbally or in writing to us, we aim to process erasure requests within one month of receipt of requests, in line with GDPR.
